STORIQ Talent Index

Market data and analysis on the battery storage workforce. Every module states whether it is observed data, a derived estimate or STORIQ analysis, and shows its sources and method.

  • Observed data published data from a cited source
  • Derived estimate calculated by us from tracked data

For each tracked project we apply the roles typically needed at its current stage, then count how many projects imply each role. A measure of where demand pressure is likely, not a count of vacancies.

Recruitment activity by discipline

Observed data

We publish this module once our curated opportunities feed holds enough attributed roles to be meaningful. See current opportunities.

Methodology

Counts of currently published opportunities by discipline, combining STORIQ assignments and publicly advertised roles we have curated with attribution.

BESS salary benchmarks

Observed data

We only publish salary benchmarks we can source and date. None are published yet. For a confidential, evidence based view, use the market value tool or ask us below.

Methodology

Benchmarks are entered only from cited published surveys or official statistics, with the source, date and basis shown. We do not publish AI estimates as salary data.
